TekSensei was founded to solve the lack of a local and affordable on call tech support options for the everyday consumers/small business owners who need someone reliable they can count on for all tech issues. Based out of Grand Rapids, MI Founder: Tyler Wilkins, a local native with many years of experience in the tech industry realized the gap of support and ease to get support for the growing amount of different technology continuously being added to your everyday life.  The options available to consumers now tend to be costly (sometimes almost costs as much as the device), inconvenient (over the phone only support/language barriers/ In-store only help) or just bad customer service skills.

TekSensei plans to resolve all those issues and act as your own personal on call tech support for all your devices.  Not only do we plan to solve your tech issues we also want to help educate when we can, to help you feel more comfortable with the tech you use to enhance your life and stay in touch with your loved ones. We focus on customer service not just your tech because we understand not everyone is a “techie” or good with technology and that doesn’t mean your not capable of doing so, you just haven’t had the right teacher/support and TekSensei is here to help you
